Overcome your doubts. Believe in yourself. Chase your dreams. Reach your goals. Have you ever heard of visualization?
Envision — it’s all in the name.
We've been chasing a very big dream for a few years now. We have also been creating vision boards since our friend Angela taught us about this effective technique at a New Year's Eve gathering where we all made a vision board with what we wanted to achieve in the year ahead. Now we do this every year and can tell you, it really does work. We are closer than ever to completion of our vacation home in the caribbean, and visualizing the result is keeping us focused and on track.
Envision isn’t just an “emotions oil” though. Oh no. It’s so much more. The ingredients in this blend also help with physical health too!
Off topic a little for a moment, if you'd like to read about why we think Valor II is the BOMB when it comes to an emotional-support oil, you can read that story here.
Our Nicaragua trip was a wild ride, which Valor II and Envision were along for! Because of what we were faced with, and what we were trying to accomplish, these two oils made a terrific team.
What's so great about Envision?
Black spruce is anti-spasmodic, anti-infectious, anti-inflammatory, hormone-like, cortisone-like, may be beneficial for bone pain, glandular imbalances, aching joints, and sciatica pain. It helps the nervous system, respiratory system, and may be stimulating to the pineal, thymus and adrenal glands. Black spruce also helps open and release emotional blocks, bringing about a feeling of balance. Young Living has their very own Norther Lights black spruce farm in Nelson, BC, where the trees grow under the vibrational frequency and intense energy of the dancing auroras.
Geranium is anti-spasmodic, anti-tumoral, adrenal cortex stimulant, anti-inflammatory, anti bacterial, revitalizes skin tissue, helps with circulation, may help with neuralgia (nerve pain), and balances the sebum which is the fatty secretion in the glands of the skin that keep skin supple. Helps cleanse oily skin and restores and enlivens pale skin.
Orange is calming, sedative, anti-inflammatory, improves circulation, helps with respiratory support, indigestion, muscle soreness, mouth ulcers (any Lupus warriors out there?), and helps tissue repair.
A well known and highly effective relaxation /stress relief oil, Lavender is also an analgesic, is anti-inflammatory, helps cough and cold symptoms, relieves sore muscles, may help arthritis, ear aches, rheumatism, and is soothing for skin.
Sage helps with respiratory support, may improve estrogen, progesterone and testosterone balance, activates the nervous system, can help with arthritis, mental fatigue, metabolism, is a balancer and detoxifier, and strengthens the vital centres of the body.
Rose oil has been used for the skin for thousands of years. Young Living’s rose oil is distilled to gently release the delicate flower's oil through steam in a 2-part process. Because each 5ml bottle requires 22 pounds of rose petals, rose is one of the most valuable essential oils you can acquire. Rose oil uses include topical application to create an inspiring atmosphere and elevated spiritual experiences. This oil may also help with respiratory support, sexual debilities, and the scent is aphrodisiac-like. It helps bring balance and harmony, allowing one to overcome insecurities, and creates a sense of well-being.
